IN A first for a cinema in the South West the Plaza Cinema, Truro, has again gained recognition in its field.
At a recent sold-out screening of 2001: A Space Odyssey, Observer and BBC film critic Mark Kermode awarded chief projectionist Mark Connaughton and senior projectionist Adam Webster with certificates of excellence in their field.
