Picturehouse – Appointment of Managing Director

Picturehouse Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, on August 10, 2012, has appointed Mr. Prasad V. Potluri as the Managing Director of Picturehouse Media Limited, for a period of five (5) years with effect from June 01, 2012 to May 30, 2017. His appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
