The Parkway, Barnsley’s independent cinema, can look forward to a new chapter thanks to national funding which will give the family-run business a fresh look.
A Heritage grant of £123,000 has been awarded to the cinema by the Eldon Street High Street Heritage Action Zone, which is jointly funded by Barnsley Council and Historic England.
