Heavy plant rolled on to the ABC cinema site in Tunbridge Wells yesterday (January 12) to ensure planning consent for the flats and cinema did not expire.
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council gave approval for an £80 million development on Mount Pleasant and Church Road, with retirement flats, a cinema and some retail in July 2017.
