Developer Prosus plans to renew its appeal to bring a second cinema to Trowbridge.
The firm has restarted its appeal against Wiltshire Council’s decision, last autumn, to reject plans for a Cineworld, Morrisons, six restaurants and a pub on the former Bowyers site, called Innox Riverside.
